this is my daily bread

"For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.

For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?"

- Matthew 16:25-26

I am proud to say, that as much as I love watching movies, I do not really have the time for them. In fact, I have not even watched Transformers.
I have not been to all the hottest spots in town, and mamak sessions are now a thing of the past for me.
I don't have a lot of time to spend on simply hanging out, or to head downtown to explore brand new Pavilion just because everyone else is doing it.
I guess I can't take the advertising classes that I'm so interested in at 95% Trainings that many of my classmates are benefiting from.
But I am unashamed. I have no regrets.
I'm glad that I have a purpose to live for, and a promise to pursue.
Thankful that my life is spent and poured out for a worthwhile cause.
That I'm living an adventure of faith, with God steering the wheel of my life,
taking me through unpredictable and breathtaking twists and turns in this exciting journey.

(I'm so looking forward to the next shopping trip though. And I am just itching to devour the next book in my stash. I think that will be soon. Just a little bit more, and I'm done for this semester. muahahhaa...)
