The last 10 days of 2007...
(inspired by chrischoi, whose entries never fail to crack a smile on my face, and whom I still faithfully read every now and then)
In the last 10 days of 2007, I....
...half-did my Christmas shopping.
...went on the Eye on Malaysia.
...had Jia Huei stay a night in my little room when she visited ACTS for Christmas during her uni break. Good to see you again :)
...participated in my church's Christmas play 'The Tailor Made Man' as one of the dirty-faced slaves.
...stayed with my family and cousin in 4 different hotels! It got pretty confusing after a while and we had to think really hard to remember our room numbers.
...had a yummy Christmas eve buffet dinner with family and close friends and later, got blasted with artificial snow :S
...saw 52 people giving their lives to Jesus for the first time at ACTS Church's 'The Tailor Made Man'! That's the best thing that could ever happen to any person :) And that's probably the best Christmas gift I could ask for.
...had Japanese buffet with family and cousin at Jogoya. Tip: DON'T go on Christmas day or any other festive or public holiday.
...flew to Kota Kinabalu for a short vacation with my family and cousin, Sharon!
...took a short trip to Sandakan to see orang utans at the Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre.
...went swimming at Sutera Harbour Resort :)
...ate lots of seafood... yummmm.
...bought a bottle of bubble mixture at the market in Tanjung Aru, KK and blew lots of bubbles for myself, for the children, for the world, and for any other person who would smile at the sight of them :)
...got very little rest, but survived :P
...got busy with campUs designs that will be revealed soon :)
...had a planning meeting for ACTS ChUrch's campUs ministry!
...had to do A LOT of laundry.
...had lunch with my BFF :)
...gave up on trying to recall and record every detail that happened in her Last 10 Days of 2007.
It's been a great 2007 - memorable and rich. A special Thank You to the people(U know who U are. wait. maybe some don't know. well... if you dare think that it is you, then you are very likely to be correct) who enriched my life, made me laugh, helped me through thick and thin, tolerated me, never gave up on me, and stood by to support even when there was nothing U could do. Thank you.
Have a blessed 2008, people.
:)
